We are so excited to kick off the 2023 swim season on Tuesday, May 2nd! 

THANK YOU to all of the families who have signed up for the practice meet (5/19). We still have a few openings that need to be filled as this is an ALL HANDS ON DECK meet and participation is required by each family. 

If you haven't already done so, please sign up for the practice meet. We will begin manually assigning volunteers who need points on Monday, 5/15. 

Volunteer Information for the 2023 Swim Season Recap 

• Each family will be assigned 17 volunteer points; note, this requirement is per family NOT per child
• Please read and review the team handbook for the volunteer policy: Team Handbook - Nottingham Country Tidal Wave (17. NCST Volunteer Policy and Procedures)
• Volunteer points have been allotted for the practice meet. Please keep in mind, that the practice meet is all hands on deck & each family is required to volunteer.

• Parents of kids 6 & Under- make sure you only sign up for ‘A’ volunteer positions otherwise you will be responsible for staying until the meet is completed!
• The best way to see what you are signed up for is to check on the SWIMTOPIA app (free download – sign in with the same email and password from Nottingham Country Swim Team). It will list the days of the meets and the jobs assigned to your family.
• Volunteer Changes- If you need any changes made to your schedule, all requests must be sent to our team volunteer email:ncst.volunteers@gmail.com This will help ensure you receive a timely response.
• Volunteers must check in upon arrival at swim meets

Fun Food Friday/ Bottled Water Sign Up (open now)

Every year we ask each family to either bring a 24-pack of chilled water bottles to a meet (for volunteers) OR bring donuts on a Friday morning in June.
